A visit to the family-run business Voss Automotive was the successful kick-off for the group\u2019s stay in Germany.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-17709 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/mp.aleph-consult.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Tuev_2015_CN_a.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"331\" height=\"248\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mp.aleph-consult.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Tuev_2015_CN_a.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/mp.aleph-consult.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Tuev_2015_CN_a-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/mp.aleph-consult.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/06\/Tuev_2015_CN_a-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 331px) 100vw, 331px\" \/>Michael Lauterbach, the Head of the Quality Division at Voss Automotive, described the visit from the management programme participants from China as a complete success. \u201cWe were especially interested not only in the chance to establish contacts with representatives of Chinese industry, but also the opportunity to share our different cultures and business experiences. This helped us to learn more about possibilities for working with China. Openly and constructively discussing these topics has helped us to continue moving our strategies in an international direction. We thank our Chinese colleagues for visiting our company.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Stefan Otto (CEO of VOSS Automotive GmbH) was also grateful to have the opportunity to expand the group\u2019s global network and to share strategies and guidelines for introducing a quality management system and exchange knowledge related to international vehicle and machine assembly in this setting.
