The latest \u201cJournal\u201d of the Manager Training Programme takes a close look at digitalisation in small and medium-sized enterprises and illustrates the chances it offers them. In addition to current developments in German SMEs, the measures provided by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy to support them in the transition from analogue to digital production and work processes are described in this journal. Furthermore, strategies for effective digital marketing and successful online negotiations are introduced. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

\"\"The Manager Training Programme has also experienced a boost in digitalisation due to the pandemic. In the new issue, participants and alumni share their experiences with the virtual seminars, company visits and alumni events. \u201cThe fact that more than 450 executives from our partner countries participated in the MP in the first half of this year shows how attractive the format is in the crisis. Our alumni have benefited from the training and network meetings as they have been able, on the one hand, to improve their digital competence and, on the other hand, to remain in close contact with the German business sector,\u201d says Anne Jach-Kemps, who recently took on the leadership of the Programme. In an interview in the \u201cJournal\u201d, she outlines how the Programme should develop in the future. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

Four portraits of successful alumni demonstrate that the MP has strengthened their resistance to crisis. Among other things, they describe how their firms used the corona crisis to develop their business further. The latest issue also contains reports on dialogue events with the partner countries of the MP.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
