Dr. Heinz Hetmeier, Deputy-Director General for European Policy at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi), and Dmitry Matusevich, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Belarus, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Minsk on 21 February 2019.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Belarus has been a partner of the Manager Training Programme since 2006 and has since sent 482 executives to Germany.
