High growth potential in the sector got the company off to a promising start in 2006. With his team of five, the young entrepreneur rapidly reached the limits of the achievable.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI mainly decided to participate in the training in Germany to enhance my knowledge of marketing and production process optimisation,\u201d says Dilmagambetov.<\/p>\n<p>Following completion of the training programme, he implemented a series of structural changes, including the introduction of a new planning and work process monitoring system, and the establishment of a quality management system. He also concluded an agreement with a well-known company from Heidenheim an der Brenz for the supply of medical hygiene articles. The contractually agreed quantities were recently increased and the product range expanded to include medical equipment.<\/p>\n<p>Dilmagambetov has since parted from his small production company and now concentrates entirely on the products of the Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg-based medical company, for which he is the official trader. Ninety per cent of current key customers are state institutions; just ten per cent of products are sold through retail.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy aim is to continually increase the proportion of retail sales and to advertise the vendor\u2019s products on the free market,\u201d reveals Dilmagambetov.
