Visa formalities are handled by the Mongolian Employers\u2019 Federation (MONEF).<\/p>\n<p>The Manager Training Programme is financed by funding from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) and contributions from the German business sector. The Mongolian participants receive transfers and accommodation in Germany.
