\nThe German-Mongolian Manager Training Programme prepares executives from Mongolia specifically for business initiation and economic cooperation with German enterprises. Each year, around 30 Mongolian executives take part in this practical training. They come from firms which have foreign trade potential that wish to establish contacts in Germany. The focus is on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
\nUnder the motto “Fit for Partnership with Germany” the participants acquire management skills, gain insights into German business practices and establish contact with German enterprises, mainly medium-sized firms. The programme is aimed at managers and future managers, and at upper and middle management levels of Mongolian enterprises and is generally open to all industries.<\/p>\n

A Bilateral Agreement Between the Two Countries<\/h2>\n

Since 2009, Mongolia has been a Manager Training Programme partner country. A corresponding government agreement exists between the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) and the Ministry of foreign affairs of Mongolia. So far, 390 entrepreneurs from Mongolia have participated in the programme.<\/p>\n
