When Nahid Hasanov came to Germany in autumn 2009 as part of the BMWi Manager Training Programme, he was still working as head of the purchasing department at Embawood, a large Azerbaijani furniture manufacturer. During his one-month stay, he undertook eight individual company visits in addition to the programme itself.
