New German partners to help solve old tyre problem

Kazakhstan is facing one particular environmental challenge these days: hundreds of thousands of old tyres are stored at depots that have already grown to the size of small settlements. To date, virtually no tangible plans exist to deal with this waste product of mobility. A Visit to the Reformation’s Country of Origin: Wind Power and Extraction Technology

In June of 2017, 21 Russian entrepreneurs qualified at DMAN in Celle as part of the Manager Training Programme. The group also travelled to Magdeburg for some company visits. First, the market leader in the wind power industry, ENERCON Magdeburg, hosted the managers. Waste recycling – an investment in the future

Recycling domestic waste is increasingly important for the future of Uzbek industry: the country produces more than 13 tonnes of domestic dry waste every single day – and just 14 per cent of this is currently recycled. Experts estimate that €22 million can be generated simply by extracting secondary raw materials and recycling rare earth metals. Recycling plastic and waste paper would be even more lucrative.
