“The Programme Continues”
Despite the ongoing and severe restrictions due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the Manager Training Programme (MP) will continue. In conjunction with the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi), the Programme activities were largely halted in the middle of March. In cooperation with the local partners and in close consultation with the German training centres, the GIZ is currently developing a set of measures to keep the Programme running and which will enable the implementation of individual Programme components.

A Team and Leadership Experiment for Turkmen Entrepreneurs
Within the scope of personnel management training, a group of Turkmen participants took part in an interactive simulation in which they were able to demonstrate their team and leadership skills. The MP participants can now also put what they learned to good use when in negotiations with German business partners.
